How long does delivery take?
Free UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend. We process orders in 1 to 2 business days, then UPS delivers in 3 to 5 business days — 4 to 7 business days end to end. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Every payment is fully secured via Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS Level 1) and charged in pounds sterling (GBP £).
Can I return an order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. Returns are free across the UK with a prepaid label from our team, and there's no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return.
Do you ship outside the UK?
For now we ship across the United Kingdom with free, fully tracked UPS delivery. If you'd like to order from elsewhere, email us and we'll do our best to help.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Checkout runs on Shopify Payments with PCI-DSS Level 1 security and SSL encryption on every page. We never see or store your card details.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we email you a UPS tracking number so you can follow it door to door. Any questions along the way and our team is one email away.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Let us know within 48 hours at contact@zyleo.co.uk with a quick photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund straight away — no hassle.
