What is the delivery time?
Free delivery across the United Kingdom (mainland) with no minimum spend. Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days, then UPS delivery takes 3 to 5 business days — total 4 to 7 business days end-to-end. UPS tracking number sent by email when your parcel leaves our warehouse.
What does the warranty cover?
3-year manufacturer warranty on parts. Covers manufacturing defects. Email support 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) at contact@zyleo.co.uk for diagnosis. Faulty units are replaced once the fault has been confirmed by our technical team. Free returns within 30 days on unused products.
